| Square Enix | Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles GC | I got this game for under £20 and I found it an alright game to play. I played this in single player and found it more difficult than it would be in multi but still a lot of fun.
The good points is that the game has great music, graphics are really nice for a cube game. Also there was some humor as well and some cute character design. Its very hard to get hold of nowadays. I love the fact there are the new colours\types of Pikmin as they are great! it adds another dimension to the game. | NINTENDO | F-Zero GX GC | Before I start this review I would like to say that the games detracters are wrong, very wrong. This may sound arognant, but it seems that many people where expecting this to either be some sort of nostalgic breaker or some kind of Mario Kart. Its not.
F-Zero GX was developed by famed Sega studio Amusement Vision who brought you the hardcore arcade thrills of Super Monkey Ball and Daytona USA; the later being a influence to this game. Nintendo clearly made the right choice with Segas development team as the game runs smoothly thanks to an enhanced version of the Super Monkey Ball engine while the graphics are some of the best of the 6th generation of consoles.
The premise is like any racer: make it from start to finish. In F-Zero GX this means hurdling down some brillianlty designed courses at lightning fast speed, dodging traps, hitting jump pads and gaining energy from energy strips; all while 30 racers tear down the track alongside you. Presentation wise youll be hard pressed to find a more absorbing racing universe.
The vechiles all have a unique set of abilities that vary greatly from both stats and weight which gives all of them a unique handling. Dont expect realism to be the forefront here as this is a arcade racer; expect the smoothest of handling with power slides that require precision and good reflexes.
The game is divided into the typical grand prix and time trial modes but also offers a furiously difficult story mode. The story mode can be somewhat offputting for beginners so I reccomend starting with grand prix to enhance your skills. The game also offers a custom vechile mode to design your own class vechile from parts won in races, though this is just a delious icing on the cake not a real reson to pick up the game.
If you want one of the fastest racers ever developed that offers pure adreline rush thrills but occassionally hardcore difficulties than I recommoned this game to you. At that price dont think twice- just get it! | | Amazon Reviewer | 06/12/2008 01:01:01 |

| THQ | Barnyard GC | What a great game fun for the whole family. You are a cow who rides on a bike who needs to do different stuff around the barnyard to help the other animals out, like squirting milk at raccons to help save the vegetables at the veggie patch, find ingredients to make cakes and cocktails, bike races against other cows, dance but be careful you dont get caught by the postman. You can buy pool tables, dart boards, dance floor so you can have fun at night but dont caught by the farmer on his way back home. | NINTENDO | The Legend Of Zelda Twilight Princess GC | Unlike the other video game where my main objective to to complete the game; me and my sister have played and enjoined every stage of the game and really didnt want it to finish. I have completed all the series releases on N64 and gamecube and found this to be my second best as I still think that the "ocarina of time" os the best zelda yet.
I have also bought this for my wii but its exactly the same except for the controls. yet I enjoined playing the game and completing it for the second time.

| EA | The Sims Bustin Out GC | I apologise for the randomness of my title, however watching my little man burn to death yesterday ( and then proceed to turn into a ghost) actually bought a tear to the eye! I had become quite fond of Derek, my little sim who try as he might just cannot get it on with the goth Lady! This game is highly adictive, which is dangerous really as I am a mother of three, and this just suits me down to the ground! Why bother with REAL housework when I could be mopping up 30 puddles of water from my leaky shower???
