| Unbranded | Loft Playhouse | We have just bought this house for our daughter and my partner put it up himself, it took him 2 days but it looks fantastic and it is huge. I should warn you that if you do decide to put this up yourself it comes in many peices and is very time consuming but very worth it. My 1 year old daughter loves it and plays in it all day and my 14 year old daughter loves it and sits in it in the evening with her friends that is how big it is, so it has many uses and I`m sure will be in use for many years to come. It is very well made I would definetely recommend this product we are all very pleased with it in our household!! | | Sheryl | 19/04/2008 08:36:10 |

| Unbranded | Snowdrop Cottage Playhouse | We purchased this cottage in September, took a little while to assemble but looks exectly like the picture. The grand-children love it, the only problem we found that the staircase did not have a hand rail but this was easily made, to ensure the children did not fall.Overall very pleased. | | nanny | 07/11/2005 13:21:45 |

| Unbranded | Command Post Playhouse | bought my son his playhouse via B&Q delivery was not what was promised, it took 6 calls and 3 weeks to arrive. concept is excellent, quality poor, styrene for windows too big, breaks if you cut, boards are all different lengths to panels- leaving gaps for weather to get in, should be treated, treatment was very patchy and will need doing soon to cover exposed, untreated wood. little disappointed with quality shire - manufactuers - very unhelpful
playhouse is very good | | Anon | 29/07/2006 21:40:58 |

| Unbranded | Jumbo Garden Store | Hi, I have owned a Jumbo Garden Store for the past 4 years also moved house and took it with me. I cannot find anything to complain I have stored my Molility Scooter in it all the time with no problems at all, in fact I am at this moment ordering another one. | Unbranded | Keter Garden Store | the keter garden store is a fantastic product and i use them for outside my caravans to which i have installed a washing machine and a tumble dryer and i have not had any problems with any of them.of course due to the weight of the washing machine etc, they wouldnt blow over anyway.these units are gr8 value for money but i would suggest that you ensure to close the lid properly and lock it to avoid any possibilty of the lid being shaken open via the wind to which is the only possible defect but to which can easily be overcome by adding a spring. | | DARREN | 20/07/2007 18:46:47 |

| Unbranded | Keter Garden Store | I have owned one of the Keter Garden Stores for about 4 years now. I can honestly say I have never had any problems with it. It`s a robust, well made garden store. If you lock it securely - the doors won`t blow around and won`t get damaged. I can highly recommend them. | | NLWD | 16/06/2006 09:54:20 |

| Yardmaster | Deluxe 8 x 10ft Metal Garden Shed | When completed it`s fine. Instructions could be a little clearer but do everything it says to the letter! Not a one man job! Always wear gloves (very sharp metal edges)and a safety helmet is strongly recommended at all times to prevent a visit (in my case) to A&E. So all in all I consider it good value for money and well within the capabilities of a good DIY bod | | Elly , Fylde Coast | 11/12/2008 09:45:15 |

| Unbranded | Jumbo Garden Store | Great product, had one for 3 years now. It says, takes 2 to build, I did it on my own quite easy. Just make sure you put the doors the right way around. Bought another one and looking to get an extention kit for the other one. One problem to keep in mind. You cant hang too heavy stuff from the inside walls (like on shelfs ect), it causes the walls to bow, although I have and it hasn`t caused any real problems. Just be careful how much weight. | | Mark | 09/04/2008 08:14:52 |

| Unbranded | Midi Compact Shed | Easy to assemble but it didn`t like it when the wind blew it over, some cracking occured on the outer doors. Otherwise good solution to wood. | | Beware of wind | 06/01/2008 10:54:52 |

| Unbranded | Keter Garden Store | The wind has broken one of the doors off my Keter storage box. Is it possible to obtain a spare top door mount to effect a repair.I have two of these boxes and find them very usful in the garden but will concure that the wind does play havock with the doors if not secured correctly. | | Mick Folkestone | 06/01/2008 10:54:25 |

|
| Unbranded | Midi Compact Shed | Was very pleased with the product but then a door hinge snapped. Don`t know the reason but it wasn`t rough treatment. Because the connector is integral to the frame it can`t be satisfactorily repaired and so shed is only usable if you open the right hand door by removing it and it`s a pain replacing it every time. | | wirralscouse | 18/05/2008 16:37:04 |

| Yardmaster | Metal Shiplap Shed - 2.43 x 3.03m | Just come in from garden, been trying to assemble the 106 model since this morning, and have had to call it a night due to it being 8 O`clock pm and dark! `Easy to follow instructions`?? If you can follow them you must be a genius, Stephen Hawking would have a problem working them out. They start with the contents of the box, then you get diagrams with arrows and circles with `bag 1` or `bag 12` for the parts to use which is fair enough, but it does not say the best way to put it all together, there are no step by step written instructions, just a few relatively recognisable diagrams of braces etc. And you have to keep going back and forth in the manual to find the piece that comes next, the steps are not numbered and best of all, they show the base rails being secured to the concrete on the BACK page once its erected! They don’t even say which screws are put in the topside rails that have to be removed to put panels on later in the build, you just `find out for yourself`! The metal is very flimsy until the roof goes on, have to be careful or pieces start to bend, that’s why they say to choose a windless day, and make sure there are no flies to land on it before the roof is on or it could collapse. The screws are only 9mm long and they have to have a washer on them, now I am not sure how many builder types (or truckers like me) there are around who do a bit of needle craft or piano playing in their spare time, but most that I know do not have the nimble fingers needed to hold these screws and get them into the holes (that may or may not line up), most end up in the dirt. There were two of us, and we still could have done with a 3rd pair of hands. Having said all this, the unit looks well when its finished (almost), but I was not impressed with the instructions at all. Having to `bodge` it up due to pieces missing didn’t help either, ie: 4 corner anchor kits but no side bolt down brackets, and there should have been 2 of each. Am I too critical? Not the cheapest option for garden storage, but definitely the hardest to complete. Pleased with the overall appearance of it, but would not go through the task of putting it up again. | | milko | 10/10/2007 12:08:08 |

| Unbranded | Keter Garden Store | I would strongly recommend that you use a padlock. I decided not to as I thought thieves would think there was something of value in it. High winds blew the roof clean off and broke it. The plastic on roof and edges to clip it on are brittle think it would be better if all made with the plastic used for the doors and sides. Would be fantastic product if we had better weather all the time. Will rate this a 3 but a 1 if made all of the same durable plastic then if it did blow apart it would not end up in smithereens. As I am now left with storage without a roof as well leaving tools out to the elements. | | Lizgray43_3@hotmail.com | 19/03/2007 21:58:06 |

| Unbranded | Keter Garden Store | I was very pleased with my keter store until we had high winds and I had not fitted a padlock! | Yardmaster | Metal Shiplap Shed - 1.97 x 2.43m | Make sure you know what you want this shed for. It may not leak but the metal creates a lot of condensation during the colder months. | Apex | Shiplap Shed 6 x 6 | We purchased one of these sheds from a local B&Q store in May and had to wait 9 weeks for it to arrive. It was eventually delivered albeit after two attempts ( the first was the wrong type)by a Coal Merchants flat bed lorry ?? It was dirty and uncovered but appeared intact. On checking it was apparent that the wood had not been treated at all despite the description in the B&Q brochure. We had to spend 20 pounds buying special wood treatment for it, then applying further external decorative finish. When we came to put it together the problems started we found some of the panels were not square an no way could we get the door to fit or even hang properly. We have had to reinforce the flooring with loft panels as it was such poor quality and as for the window fittings well enough said. Would we recommend it you must be joking what a load of tat. Finally wear very thick gloves while assembling or you will be injured by splinters. It was a Shire Faroe Apex FP 1.8m x 1.8m shiplap. | | Anon | 20/08/2009 07:46:35 |

| Unbranded | Vermont Summerhouse | In my view I would not touch Walton Garden Buildings that make the Vermont with a barge pole - I purchased a Vermont and have had nothing but trouble with wrongly supplied fittings, three warped front sections and the third leeks like a seive. I am having to take them to Trading Standards and no doubt ultimately to court/through the trade press to get action from them. Customer service is nothing other than lip service. Dreadful experience. The design looks great but the quality is the worst I have seen both quality control and customer service. | | G Alexander. | 07/04/2009 08:27:22 |

I spent 2 days trying to get the framework up, then gave up & put the whole thing in the skip! I might have well just thrown my money in the bin. | Unbranded | Keter Garden Store | Have had one of these in the garden for years with no problems. As another reviewer said - you need to put slabs in the bottom to keep it stable. | Unbranded | Keter Apex Shed Box 8x6 | This is a really good product. Expensive but we will not need to get a new shed for at least ten years plus. Us two girls followed the instructions and made sure that the base was level. This IS a must as all the bits click onto or are supported by the base. It took us a little longer that the 2 to 3 hours quoted but that was because we had to erect it into a corner. My only critisium was that the design does not allow for the fact you cannot get to the back to put in some anchor screws once the shed is fully up. We managed it by, not quite following the rules and partly building the corner section first and sliding the shed into the corner. Then we went back to the intructions and carried on. It appears to be watertight as we have had a deluge and it did not leak. We would certainly reccommend this shed a great storage area in the garden and it looks good as well and deserves a high mark | | The DIY Girls | 16/06/2010 |

I bought it at Costco we will do nothing for me. IF anyone knows who I should contact I would appreciate the information. Thanks.
