Stoves700GDO STAWhen I have been using the grill, its seems to be out of control. Seems like its the same issue and the knobs get mega hot, and started to melt. Yikes... seems like these are a dud. Serial number obviously gives date of manufacturer, supposed to have 5 year warranty, but Stoves don`t want to know as I forgot to send in the registration card. Does anyone know how to fix this? a17up@aol.com 2 out of 5Anup24/10/2008 16:33:59

Stoves700GDO STANot good. The cooling fan broke down and I did not realise this until the knobs on the front started to melt. Had that repaired and then found the clock and minute timer and the grill had all broken. Ordered a new grill and then found the cooling fan had broken again. All this and only three years old - out of guarantee - very disappointed. 1 out of 5Margaret02/10/2008 08:09:30

Stoves700GDO STAWe have had endless problems with ours. Very tempermental. Tonight the oven won`t work. Yesterday the grill would not ignite. This has been going on for over 2 years and we have lost count of the number aof call outs we have had. However, we have now decided to replace it-we have had enough.BUT there`s so little choice with built in double gas ovens and we dont know where to go-any ideas email bandcwright@tiscali.co.uk.We can`t have electric we don;t have ample 30amp connection! 0 out of 5Chrissy02/11/2008 07:07:23

ELECTROLUXEOG7330XNIt worked very well for 2-3 weeks after fitting but suddenly the power has gone. The company who sold it has gone into liquidation and I don`t know what happens next when I contact the manufacturers. 3 out of 5aaziz07/07/2009 08:41:43

ElectroluxESOGSSThis oven is rubbish - don`t buy it! It doesn`t cook anything and doesn`t get hot in any way. Absolutely the worst oven I`ve ever tried to use!! I would give it 0 out of 5 if there was an option for this! 1 out of 5Laura18/06/2009 09:04:53

CREDAS230GWWe have a Creda S230GX. Very little choice in built in double gas ovens. Bought it in 2004 (no longer made). Fan broken when it came, was replaced but always quite noisy. Fan broke again start of Nov 2008, part finally arrived and fitted Dec 22nd! But noisy and unusable. Because of cock up with payment had to wait till end of Jan to get engineer out again. It is now fixed & quietest ever been. Hotpoint/Indesit/Cannon/Creda are USELESS. Ages waiting on `phone. Passed from pillar to post. Actually fitted free-standing cooker in utility (as planning to re-do kitchen). Bought Cannon Chesterfield- didn`t realise same company - linings damaged on arrival, cooker dented, oven didn`t work! Had to have new one delivered. Unbelievably poor quality. It is hard to believe how useless this company is in every way and how many long it took to sort out. Will never buy from them again and recommend avoid built in ovens at all costs! Cookers ok when they work but quality control non-existent and company don`t seem to give a damn. 1 out of 5Liz01/02/2009 13:27:34

STOVES900GR WHITEParts and labour insurance is a MUST for this STOVES 900GR double oven :{ We bought it as replacement for our 30 year old Flavel floor standing cooker. It was several weeks before we realised it didnt always relight at low temperature letting meals go cold but from the outside all was working OK. The Stoves engineers come and repaired it ! and repaired it !! and repaired it !!! and a lot of visits and replacement parts later it was working. Why did it take so long to fixs it ? well some of the NEW replacement parts ie the circuit boards are NOT new but refurbished old parts and because some faulty are intermittent refurbishment its hit and miss so your oven ends up with a new fault from the refurbised board. The oven took weeks to fix with all the problems of getting the oven in and out of the unit and not being able to use it. A year has passed now and the oven has stopped working again IS it covered under warrenty ? only if it a repeat problem Im told, so here we go again. Like other users I approach it with trepidation each meal time wondering if it will switch on. SO BEWARE 1 out of 5John from KENT21/12/2008 16:24:17

ElectroluxESOGSSVery poor cooking, nothing crisps or browns very much & take double the amount of cooking time suggested of product packages. Always cook on its highest heat but still only warm no where near hot x 1 out of 5Anon02/12/2008 08:14:19

STOVES900GR WHITEDo not buy this product. I bought it as replacement for my 11 year old oven. It lasted for 1 meal before breaking down irreparably. It took Stoves 3 weeks and lots of excuses to replace it, after failing to repair it. After 4 weeks the replacement oven failed. 3 days later it was repaired with another circuit board. I approach it with trepidation each meal time wondering if it will switch on 1 out of 5SueH10/07/2007 08:10:24

ElectroluxESOGSSVery poor cooking performance. Everything browns underneath which is ok if it needs to be turned but as for pies, pastries, browning its hopeless. 1 out of 5Tezpol25/01/2007 09:23:59

CREDAS230GWWe bought a Creda 230DG back in July. It was faulty so we had to wait for a replacement. The replacement has been repaired a couple of times and we are now waiting for a couple of parts to be delivered. Apart from all of these problems we think that the cooker is useless. The fans in the oven spew out a torrent of hot smelly air into your face and makes the kitchen unbearably hot. I grilled some kippers recently - I had to have a shower and change my clothes because I had hot kippery air blown at me. (We try not to use the grill)

I have e-mailed Creda twice expressing our disappointment with their product and asked for our money back or replacement with a different model which doesn't have this problem with the oven fan - as yet there has been no reply.

We bitterly regret buying this oven. I rate it 1 point because unfortunately there are no minuses to select.
