We have had endless problems with ours. Very tempermental. Tonight the oven won`t work. Yesterday the grill would not ignite. This has been going on for over 2 years and we have lost count of the number aof call outs we have had.However, we have now decided to replace it-we have had enough.BUT there`s so little choice with built in double gas ovens and we dont know where to go-any ideas email bandcwright@tiscali.co.uk.We can`t have electric we don;t have ample 30amp connection!

When I have been using the grill, its seems to be out of control. Seems like its the same issue and the knobs get mega hot, and started to melt.
Yikes... seems like these are a dud.
Serial number obviously gives date of manufacturer, supposed to have 5 year warranty, but Stoves don`t want to know as I forgot to send in the registration card.
Does anyone know how to fix this? a17up@aol.com

Not good. The cooling fan broke down and I did not realise this until the knobs on the front started to melt. Had that repaired and then found the clock and minute timer and the grill had all broken. Ordered a new grill and then found the cooling fan had broken again. All this and only three years old - out of guarantee - very disappointed.
