This product is completely useless. I did not encounter battery problems,
but the `flex combs` mean you get a very uneven cut. The `steel wave
blades` are a joke. You can get much better clippers for a lot less money
elsewhere. DO NOT BUY.

Also, Philips operate a `no quibble` returns policy on this model.
Unfortunately their documentation provides 2 different addresses for the
returns, and the number given is defunct so the correct address cannot be
determined. PHILIPS, YOU SUCK. SORT IT
OUT.

I purchased this and used it only once. I was very dissapointed with it
after 5 mins the battery lost most of its power. I put it on the mains
and while there is an increase in power it was the slowest hair clippers
I`ve ever used.
