I ordered two of these products, one for each of my daughters. After having various types of straighteners when they received this product they were absolutly amazed by the speed they heat up and the tempreture they get to. All round they say they as good as GHDs that some of there pals have got.

I have had an awful cheap pair for years and decided to upgrade but didnt want to buy GHDs.

I have chin length layered fine hair and they work brilliantly on them.

For this price I cant complain.

This product is really gud no matter what hair type you have. Whilst I had it, it heated up quickly but wasnt as easy to use for ppl with short hair. All in all the hair straightener was really gud, untill that is, when I accidentally dropped it. Mind you that was the 10th time I had dropped it and it was bound to break. Phillips are a really good make and I would recommend this for anyone who doesnt wanna spend millions of pounds on a GHD
