Bought for my wife and the feedback was :-
1. Poor quality, light and felt cheap.
2. Took ages to heat up and then if anything were too hot.
3. The attachments are hard to attach and feel low quality.
All in all a poor purchase.

All in all this is very good device there is so many ways it allows you to do your hair with this thing its just a shame it doesnt do what it says. The instructions recommend heating it up 5-10 min before you use or when the coloured dot changes to bright red. Well mine never changed colour and this was after twenty minutes. Although it didnt change colour, my sister, a qualified hairdresser tested it on her hand, and after alot of screaming said that it was ready, however even when she used it she found that the plug cable although it moved around with your movements, it always got in the way and in the end took 30 minutes to do my hair with this thing when usually it only takes ten. Also the straightening plates did not do the slightest change to my hair.
The equipment is good if you not really into having a huge difference with your hair and you have alot of time on your hands but if you dont have the time and you need a big change dont bother.
