| Electrolux | ZB404WD | On paper this product looks as thought it should tick all the right boxes for a hand held vacuum cleaner. It has a good range of attatchments and the wet and dry functions are a bonus.
However, when using the product, it did not come up to scratch. The major problem was that it just did not have the power to be able to do the job effectively. If you do not use any of the attatchments it seems like a waste of time even using it. Performance was increased when using on of the attatchments (limits the area that collects dust) and it got to the point where this is the only viable way to use it! Shame that space is only 2cm x 0.5cm - very frustrating.

| BLACK & DECKER | AC7000 | Best small handheld, I have had one for years first in use in our caravan for 5 years, then in our boat for 2 years and now in our motorhome. It has performed A1 in all of its life, but sadly it is now completly worn-out and has gone to a dirt free place in the sky. We would very much like to replace it as it was so good, but am not having much luck replacing it.

| BLACK & DECKER | AC7000 | Superb little machine. I have had one for years. The brushes make it pick up hairs and serious dirt better than a Dyson. On carpets it is unbeatable. Unlike the similar Dirt Devil, the Black & Decker`s belts are easily obtained for when they break (which happens occasionally under heavy work). | BLACK & DECKER | VH900 | Looked at the VH780 as an alternative to dustbuster type things and also dysons root6 rechargable. Not impressed with the dustbuster type lack of power, nor the 6 mins power capability of the dyson before 3hr recharge. This vh900 from black and decker however whilst corded is really great, lots of power but convienient enough to bring out to for accidents etc. I didn`t expect tools with this little handy vac like there is with the vh780 but theres a full set contained within a net drawstring bag for easy storage. | Black and Decker | V1250 | We got this as a wedding present and it has been fantastic. In fact, it`s almost bad to have it because you wont get your hoover out anywhere near as often!
Our only problem now is that after using it for two years the rechargeable battery has no life in it. After being fully charged it only lasts a couple of minutes maximum before losing all power and needing several hours more charging.
