Sennheiser HD202 Headphone - review, compare prices, buy online

Had these to listen to music in a noisy work place.

Blocks out noise and fairly comfortable.

I use my ipod out and about: on the tube, walking down busy roads etc. These closed back headphones really make a difference. Get rid of way more sound than a pair of active noise cancelling ones I used to own. The sound is also the best Ive ever had from a pair of headphones. Used mostly for hard/classic rock and you can hear the instraments clearly. I like a bit of bass and these do deliver in that respect (and in my opinion the bass is not too much but others may have different opinion). These are not the most expensive headphones Ive ever bought, but they are the best!

I ordered a pair of these headphones Tuesday afternoon and were delivered on Thursday - pretty good service by the seller. The package was also well wrapped and arrived in perfect condition.

The headphones themselves are excellent value for money and ideal for me. I wasnt after anything particularly expensive, but I needed a decent pair of headphones so that I could listen to music whilst working at my computer in my (noisy) lab. These are just the job - the headphones block out a lot of the ambient noise, the bass is clear and the sound generally bright and balanced.

In conclusion, in terms of value for money and quality Im very happy with this purchase and would happily recommend them to anyone.

These are brilliant. I have not owned something like this before so I rated it four stars for not knowing what else is outthere.

I tried these on in a store in NY. Of all the headphones on the wall, I picked these out to be the most comfortable with good sound quality.

The clerk also told me that as to other headphones, these can work well with mp3 players. He told me that some other headphone require alot of power to provide good sound quality from MP3 players.

So far, I have used these with my ipod and they are wonderful. Comfortable, good sound... I use them on the tube too. I love them and I am happy I bought them. I am also happy I got to try out the headphones too before I bought them. I think thats important when buying these kind of headphones. You would think that other headphones would be just as comfortable...but of like 50 on the wall of that store....these were the only ones that were just right for me.

The sound quality is excellent, even better then the Sony MDR-V300 that I used to use.
It gets uncomfortable after long use though and may not be suited for people with a long head (lol).
I dont exactly have a long head but the headphones wont extend any more longer at the length Im currently using it at atm.
Bass is incredible, if you love bass, this is the headphone to get, be sure to use the equalizer to get more bass out of these.
Theres also very little sound leak so you can keep your music to yourself.

I normally always buy sennheiser and have always been pleased, but i bought 4 of these for my staff computers and 2 had to be replaced with in 6 weeks of purchase. To be fair they were replaced immediately without any question and have had no problems since, but 2 out of 4 going wrong raises questions about build quality. Ironically i have the 201 and never had a problem with them.
