Small reddish granules containing Ispaghula husk (dried) 90% w/w. Treatment of constipation, diarrhoea, irritable bowel syndrome and the management of those with colostomies. Adults: 2 teaspoonfuls (3.9g) taken in half a glass of water once or twice daily preferably at mealtimes. Children: 1 teaspoonful (1.95g) once or twice daily, preferably at mealtimes.
