White, round, convex lozenge marked NL2 or NL4 containing: 2mg or 4mg nicotineNiQuitin CQ Lozenge 2mg: for those who smoke more than 30 minutes after wakingNiQuitin CQ Lozenge 4mg: for those who smoke within 30 minutes of wakingRelief of nicotine withdrawal symptoms, including craving, associated with smoking cessation. If possible use as part of a smoking cessation planAdult smokers 18 years or over: Step 1 (weeks 1-6): 1 lozenge every 1 to 2 hours. During weeks 1-6 use at least 9 lozenges a day. Do not use more than 15 lozenges per day. Step 2 (weeks 7-9): 1 lozenge every 2 to 4 hours. Step 3 (weeks 10-12): 1 lozenge every 4 to 8 hours. For the next 12 weeks use 1 to 2 lozenges a day only when strongly tempted to smoke. Not to be used for more than 24 consecutive weeksAllow lozenge to dissolve slowly in the mouth, occasionally moving lozenge from one side of the mouth to the other until dissolved (about 20-30 minutes).
