BDC SALE A LOT OF CHEAP RUBBISH IN GENERAL.
THERE STAFF HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT.
ALL THERE PRODUCTS ARE MANUFACTURED IN CHINESE FACTORYS.
IN ALL ITS ALL A LOAD OF RUBBISH!

Since my review posted 22 Sept 2006 I have had yet more problems with this
and now given up and getting rid of it, a complete waste of time and
money.

* UPDATE* After q quick call to the help line I have had to purchase a new
control panel, but upgraded to a four zone for only a few extra pound, I
must admit they was very good on the phone including the Tech support.
Faith restored in this product.

I have had problems with this alarm, when the main is switched on I loose
all the settings and can not get it to work, all the cables was checked
and when it does decide to work a walk test shows no faults.
Then a week later it fails to do anything, waste of money, gound to phone
the help line and see what they say and will update
later.

I`ve found this product to be very good. It has never given me any trouble
in the six months that I have had it installed We use ours on a school
building and would get more when needed.

I`ve had to replace the unit twice in six months, it keeps loosing it`s
programming, switching on electric appliances false triggers it. Don`t
waste money on this cheap made in China product.
