I find the product very easy to use and move about because of the wheels.
Would reccommend for gentle fitness training

Am sooo pleased with this machine! Cant believe how effective it is in just 10 mins a day. Been using it for only three weeks and my thighs and arms are definitely slimmer and more toned. An added bonus is its also `wobbling away` my saggy turkey neck! My knees have got stronger and I agree with the reviewer who said it helped their restless leg syndrome - I havent had a bout since I started using it. Im so pleased with it Ive persuaded my sister and best friend to buy one and theyre as enthusiastic as I am!

I have used a vibration trainer in the gym and whilst I wasnt expecting this to be as powerful I knew immediately that the machine was faulty. I could only feel the vibrations up to about ankle/shin height even on the highest setting. The returns procedure was easy to use.

These are not dificult to put together and I used mine happily for two weeks. Then there was a knocking sound and a smell of burning and it had to go back. It is quite difficult to adjust for exercises that dont involve standing on it because you cant reach the controls and there is no remote.
Wasnt happy with the quality so had a refund.

I have been really pleased with my purchase. Its a great compact fitness machine which doesnt take up too much room. The key is to use the machine for toning. I have been on a healthy eating regime since the New Year and have been walking for 20 minutes a couple of times a week. In general I use the machine to tone up my muscles after the workout. You only need to use it for 10 minutes once or twice a day. Ive really noticed a difference in both my leg, arm and tummy muscles - so long as you do the exercises shown in the accompanying booklet. I bought the product when it was half price so it was great value too. It isnt heavy duty like the machines you see at gyms (there is a weight limit on it) but thats why its great for home use. There isnt too much noise either so you wont upset the neighbours! I would definitely recommend the Carl Lewis Vibration Trainer as an affordable, compact fitness machine. I wasnt totally convinced before I bought it...but I am now.

I received this item this morning. Lightweight, compact and easy to put together, I couldnt wait to try it out. Disappointment! I bought it to work on my painful knees and fat thighs, but whether I sat or stood, the vibrations wouldnt reach either of them. This will be ideal if you only want to work your ankles! I am returning the item.

CARL LEWIS VIBRO EXERCISER I purchased this on December 19th I couldnt put it together because I had received the wrong fitting I rand the help line number and after hanging on for several minutes I was put through I explained my difficulty I was then transered to another line I was then promised the correct part for my exerciser I have now been waiting six weeks and still not received it so despite paying out £88.50 I have not had the pleasure of using it

Arrived in 2 days, apart from the plug being a bit bent I have to say this is ab fab. For under £100, you havent much to lose! Only used the once but I know its going to work. the hardest bit of this is switching it on...there is NO excuse not to use it! Fantastic. Easily assembled.

I have bought this to use at home. I have been going to a `Wobble Away` class where exercises are undertaken on a larger vibrating machine. I have seen improvements in toning up and muscle control (including holding my tummy in and touching my toes) and have decided to save money by using it at home at a time to suit me. Im still waiting to see the weight loss part but having just had a baby 5 months ago, I appreciate it may take some time. I like it so far.

I bought this several months ago (it arrived the next day by the way!) and I use as do my 2 housemates. I have an old ankle injury which now is always swollen, regularly aches and makes me limp a bit (Im not 40 yet!) and after going on this for about 20 minutes it reduces the fluid around my ankle and the pain goes away completely as long as I use the power plate regularly. Im unfit and overweight so Im using this to improve my circulation and muscle tone and I walk/jog on it for 20 minutes to work up a sweat! My other flatmate also lies on it with a cushion under her back and says it reduces her regular back pain. I live in a terraced house and my neighbour assures me that she cannot hear it or feel the vibrations! Id recommend this for anyone who dreads the gym but wants to start somewhere and presumably a fitness fanatic would be able to do all sorts of marvellous workouts on it too!

I bought this product back in April and was happy enough with it, however three months on and having only used it about twenty times, it has began to malfunction, the vibration falters and is very weak and therefore the machine is now useless.
Also, if you live in a flat, take note, my neighbours downstairs did not appreciate the noise and vibrations the machine made as it carried through my floor and into their flat.
