Slam Man Reflex Trainer

Slam Man is the latest way to workout, exercising aerobically and toning muscles in an enjoyable and stress relieving way.
Slam Man's computer has 3 challenge levels as well as 5 different boxing programmes. Hit the LED target lights as they flash during the programme and the computer will let you know how well you've done. Not only can you adjust the height to suit your height but you can also adjust the amount of force needed to activate the target light.
240 lbs of dry sand is required to stabilise during use (not included). Package includes boxing gloves, boxer's eating plan and instructional video

Rocks back and forward too much - When you are hitting the Slam man during
the work out it goes back and when it comes back forward it creeps about
an inch forward each time you deliver a hard punch. So by the end of the
work out the slam man is half way accross your room - Also turns round and
stuff if you deliver powerful hooks.
