bought this for our daughters first birthday. its good as a seat for them. they can sit up properly and see all aroudn unlike a pushchair. however, although there are rubber rings round the tyres they come off very easily and dont expect a conversation while you walk! dont try taking your little one to more than the corner shop either as the parent handle puts a lot of pressure on your wrist and isnt quite at the right angle to push well. although the peddles can be put away for smaller children, they are very hard to use anyway. our 2 year old would rather scoot along with it but gets tangled up in the peddles - legs too long to peddle now!

Brilliant trike! Bought it for our sons first birthday, and he absolutely loves it! Its not only great for riding, but also for pushing along.
It goes on all surfaces, including cross country and snow - weve been very impressed by it in the 3 months we have had it, and has certainly been worth the money.
Its also fairly easy to stear for the parent, although going up and down curbs and tight corners require two hands.

After lots of research this seemed to do what I was after - it has a safety bar and a strap which stops my daughter falling out no matter how far she leans. The clutch is a great idea so the pedals dont go round until she is old enough to pedal herself.. and the static foot pedals are great. Its easy to manouevre and easy to put together.. generally a fab product - I wondered if Id made a mistake not getting the Smart Trike Plus but as with parasols.. what are the chances the sun is in the right place for the shade to make any difference??.. were very pleased with our our trike!

I have seen many trikes like this abroad and wanted to buy one for my grandsons first birthday. He was delighted with it as were his parents. It comes in pieces but is very easy to assemble and very sturdy.

Weve just purchased this trike for our 1 year old and he loves it. We spent quite a bit of time looking around and this seemed good value for money and was really easy to put together, took about 30 mins max. Money well spent.
