This was to replace a Moulinex which had given many years of faultless and trouble free service. This model of Cookworks knife (Cookworks Signature) is absolutely dreadful.... the switch is difficult to operate, being deeply recessed. The blades feel absolutely out of balance and `whippy`....and instead of cutting the bread it just seems to tear it away..The other set of blades intended for carving meat are equally useless. Despite several attempts, I have been quite unable to make use of this knife...Therefore I consider it to be of inadequate design and inferior quality.
