| Sony | KDL32V4000 | I have tried different TVs before. But I never had satisfaction. But after buying this sony product, I have realised that Sony is best buy.
Its worth busying..
- You get fantastic picture quality , cryostal clear
If you watch TV in Samsung or phillips etc and come and watch in Sonya Bravia, you will relise the difference in picture quality. Its so good in Sony.
- HDMI integration works perfectly with DVDs
- I even use this with my laptop as monitor and it works so nice.
- I bought SONY DVDs with this and I have now a perfect home theatre syetsm
- Its easy to assemble the products
Over all the product is simply too good..
I highly recommend this product | | Amazon Reviewer | 18/01/2009 01:01:01 |

| Sony | KDL32V4000 | I have just received this superb sony 32" tv and I am more than pleased with the quality of the item and the excellent delivery service by Amazon | | Amazon Reviewer | 15/01/2009 01:01:01 |

| Sony | KDL32S3000 | Had this TV for 6 months now.
It was easy to set up and use, gives excellent clarity.
It has plenty of connections for cinema sound and other inputs.
All in all an excellent buy for a medium sized room | | Amazon Reviewer | 13/01/2009 01:01:01 |

| Sony | KDL26V4000 | It was a difficult choice between the Sony, Panasonic, Samsung and another Sharp, as we already have a Sharp 30in LCD which is now five years old in the living room.
This TV was bought for the bedroom and therefore the piano black surround blends in quite nicely with the background and is very stylish. I was a bit worried by the silver speaker on the bottom edge, but it is not as bright as some of the adverts show.
The picture quality is mouth watering (excellent) and this is connected to a signal from an external aerial mounted on the roof. If it can perform so well from a decent signal, just imagine what you will get from a HD source!
We intend to connect it to a DVD player and later others sources as well, so to that end it has a good selection of Scarts and HDMI connectors.
The sound quality is average (well the speakers are quite small) but more than adequate for watching pictures. If you want better sound, why not connect it to a AUDIO system.
All in all I am very pleased with its performance and would suggest that you connect it to a decent signal source and you will not be dissappointed.

| Sony | KDL32V4000 | Just bought mine from Richer Sounds 27/12/08 #299.99 + #29.99 5yrs warranty. Fantastic Tv Which I got for our second room. Already have a Sony KDL40D3500. | | Mark.S | 30/12/2008 10:57:41 |

| Sony | KDL20S3030U | Bought this to replace newish Polaroid TV in the kitchen that had appalling viewing angle, and is now relegated to the office. The viewing angle on this Sony is superb - as is the vibrant, sharp picture.
Why didnt I go for a Sony in the first place?
You gets what you pay for.....

| Sharp | LC46X20E | Bought this TV from Richer Sounds about a month ago and I must admit I am Well impressed with the performance. I wont waffle, as the other positive reviews explain really what I feel about this T.V. The one thing I would like to write about is the quality of sound which I am very impressed with! - Honestly , I have upgraded from a 3 year old Philips 42" inch Plasma and although it served me well it heated up like a fire, so in mid summer in my smallish bedroom it was hell!! , This TV doesnt heat up much at all and is half the weight of the 33 Kg Philips and the volume level I have on the Sharp is loud at about 26 where as the Philips was in the 70s!. 3 Years ago I paid £1100 for the Philips which when turned off, the screen would light up for 5 minutes and eluminate my room!!... I just Paid £699 for the Sharp 46 " which doesnt have this problem has 3 Hdmi ports and performs very very well. After 3 years I cant believe the Difference in Quality of these T.VS and am EXTREMELY happy of the quality of SD signals , 1080I/P Signals and Xbox 360 and Ps3 Consoles. Honestly - An absolute steel for this Price!!!!!!! Please do buy decent Scart cables and Hdmi cables to really maximise your picture quality. Hope this little review helps. | | Amazon Reviewer | 05/11/2008 01:01:01 |

| Sony | KDL26V4000 | I bought this TV one week ago and I will say it is a very good choice. The 26" size is suitable in my small size living room and also good in a bedroom. The image quality is perfect whether in analog mode(5 channels) or in digital mode(30+ freeview channels). Someone above said the TV would lose all its recorded channels information after unpluged it power cable from wall. I did the test however I found it was not true. All channels were still there after one night power off(unplug the power cable).
The delivery was quite fast. I ordered it at 1:50 afternoon and the TV arrived in the early morning next day.
All in all, for this price 26V4000 is a wonderful purchase.

| Sony | KDL32S3000 | Id just like to start off by thanking each reviewer of this item prior to me, as you all really gave me the nudge to buy the item. Much more honest than the "Oh, of course, I have one of these at home myself" speech from a sales person in a store. I was looking for customers opinions on the item......boy did I find them. When I bought mine in March this year, it must have been the most favoured TV on Amazon.co.uk.
I probably spent more than six months eyeing up different TVs. This would have been my first LCD, and I was intending to get the best possible for my money. Not knowing anything about HD, and not wanting to, I just basically wanted to get a nicely sized TV with the best picture quality I could find, and plug a DVD player into it. Thats it, no ifs, ands, or buts. I specifically noticed that many reviewers informed that the set is easy to get going, and that it literally is a no-brainer with regards to the picture quality and reliability.
After visiting local stores to gawp at the vibrant colours that all the Bravias offered, stand in amazement at the incredibly shiny piano black Samsungs, and vomit uncontrollably at just how god awful Phillips efforts were, I just couldnt find anything that I didnt like about the Bravias. I was of course, drawn to the 32S3000 due to the reviews on Amazon.co.uk. Im naturally one of those people that has to make sure that the item has exactly what I want before purchasing. If you spend as much time watching DVDs as I do, you really need to make sure you will be satisfied.
After some more investigations, I found a bundle price that I just couldnt pass up. The bundle contained the 32S3000, one majorly sexy glass stand, and the miracle-worker Sony DVP-NS78 DVD player with upscaling to 1080p. Within minutes of seeing this offer, the items were in the boot of my car on their way to a new home.
As the other reviews say, this TV is an absolute wonder to set up. It takes literally a couple of minutes to get past the initial start up, and from then on youre pretty much sorted. Seeing as Im in Ireland, I cant receive any freeview channels, so unfortunately, Im unable to comment on this feature. Regardless, I never watch TV, so even if I had freeview it probably would go unused. Okay, off goes the TV again, better sort out my DVD player.
Once I mopped up all the drool, and plugged in my wondrous DVP-NS78, in went "Touching The Void". The picture settings were set as "Vivid" by default, and let me tell you, they were vivid as vivid can be. There are a lot of moving shots in "Touching The Void", panning slowly across the mountains was so clear it made me dizzy. The motion of these shots was very smooth, regardless of the fact that this TV doesnt have 100hz. After watching lots of different DVDs on this set, I noticed that the "Vivid" setting, although very impressive, was not great with regards to darker areas. For example, if you watch "American History X", all the black and white sections are a little off. The whites are too white and the darks are too dark.
Of course, like anything, you adjust and adjust until you eventually get that sweet spot. Ive found the perfect settings for me, and Im sure everybody else that owns this TV has as well, as there is so much tweaking available that you can really just get what you need from it.
I was absolutely blown away by this TV, it simply astonished me as to how clear the picture is, and how amazing the colours are. I apologise for the lack of comments on games consoles and Blu-Ray/HD DVD, but I have no interest in gaming, and I absolutely despise the idea of my 300 strong DVD collection becoming redundant in a few years when Blu-Ray/HD DVD fully take over. (Although they practically have already). | | Amazon Reviewer | 21/10/2008 01:01:01 |

| Sony | KDL32W4000 | This TV is fantastic even with SD sources, not tried viewing anything High def yet but I am certain it will be even better when linked up to a PS3 (which I am yet to purchase).
The photo viewing mode is also superb and effectively makes the TV into a 32inch monitor with seemingly no graininess to photos which seem to afflict other TVs.
I am v. impressed, cant wait to get the PS3 too | | Amazon Reviewer | 17/01/2009 01:01:01 |

| Samsung | LE40A656A | Having been blinded by the amount of TV`s currently available, we recently went for this model and have no regrets at all. Was always worried that picture at home would not match that on store demo tapes, but no problems on Sky or Digital TV (Free view built in) and picture quality fantastic. Awaiting delivery of home cinema system now. If you`re a TV geek you probably wont be looking at reviews anyway but if you`re stuck like we were in a TV mine field, get this and you`ll be amazed at the quality. Easy to tune in etc too (despite very scary looking manual) - Took longer to put stand together than it did to tune in TV. Happy viewing. | | Ballo | 03/01/2009 08:47:18 |

| Sony | KDL32W4000 | We purchased from Amazon early in December and are delighted with the picture and sound quality.
We are not technically minded or knowledgeable. This t.v. was virtually plug in and go, automatically selecting the appropriate channels during setup. This is our first LCD t.v. and we think it is absolutely fantastic, as do our teenage children.
I am writing this to give confidence to others like us (none technically aware) as we found these reviews useful.
Price and delivery excellent. | | Amazon Reviewer | 28/12/2008 01:01:01 |

| Samsung | LE23R88BDX | Very good looking tv.. I have it in my bedroom and its an ideal weight and size.. I have used it with High Definition cable via Xbox 360 and it is sweet as a nut.. I paid 350 pounds for ot and felt that was quite pricey.. I has good specs but some of the latest 32 inch screen from Samsung for around 500 pounds are much better.. If you`ve got the money an the space to fit it in my advice would be go for the latest 32 inch from Samsung for about 500 quid it has full 1080p so the picture will be better in when watching in HD.. If you`ve not got a High definition input source it doesn`t really matter if its 1080p or not.. | | Richard Patrick | 16/10/2008 11:24:22 |

| Goodmans | GTVL20W7HD | after buying this TV i swear ill never sell it, mainly because its future proof as its already full HD, for those who dont know it means that its resolution has both numbers over 1000. the picture quality is great considering i dont get much signal where i live so my channel 4 is a bit fuzzed but thats my problam, i am yet to fully test it with a device such as a xbox 360 but im sure it will proform better than exspected. i really do recomend buying this product mainly because to buy a bigger TV with more resolution than this one would cost over £2000. a bargin. | | james | 06/10/2006 07:45:36 |

| SONY | KLV30MR1 | I have had this TV for over 2 years. At it`s best with PS2. I find some pixelation when football and rugby is on Sky through it but otherwise (especially for films) a top TV. | Acer | AL732 | I have had this monitor for 4 months and I like it quite a bit. Using a DVI connection, the text is sharp and images are also very clear. Great contrast, quick response time, and reasonable viewing angles.
The fact I can connect a second computer (VGA), a TV (RCA), SVideo and use the built in speakers is a real bonus. And all these cables are included too for what was one of the cheapest 17" LCD monitors with DVI and analog inputs.
Only complaints is analog video sources I have tried from a DVD using the SVideo cable shows video a bit choppy. Response time for games is great, though. Highly recommended. | | Acer AL732 | 01/09/2003 12:43:43 |

| GOODMANS | GV500 | Great little screen, good looks, great design very strong base stand speakers only as good as they look but to be expected for size be carefull on the screen rate its very limited at only 60 htz, goes out of sync when a program switches above the 60 htz 4/5 for the £99.00 price | | Darren Bourne | 10/02/2006 08:22:25 |

| GOODMANS | GV500 | This monitor offers all yopu should need from a TFT LCD Monitor. The Screen has a good quality image with an impressive viewing angle. Better than my laptops screen which is what I use it for. The in built speakers ain"t too great but these arn"t what you buy a monitor for. Build quality is good, and it comes withh all the cables you need. For the price of this you can"t go that wrong. | | Chris L | 03/01/2005 11:03:25 |

|
| Hitachi | 22LD4200 | This was my first experience with LCD TVs. And I"m sure impressed. Not much to say, just that the picture is sharp and bright. Brightness and contrast are always the major concerns about LCDs, but with 450cd and 500:1 contrast ratio, you"ll surely enjoy watching those movies.
I also bought this to double up as a computer screen. Was a bit skeptical about the resolution/clarity when used as a PC monitor. Again, it"s fantastic, no issues there. WinXP (and probably other OS" too) support some 16:9 resolutions, so you don"t see your computer screen stretched. Oh! it"s also got the Picture-In-Picture feature wherein one can watch TV/Movie while using your computer. The PIP display has two sizes and can be moved around to the four corners of the screen, as you prefer.
The ergonomics and sound quality are quite satisfactory. But the price is the best thing about this TV. It"s the cheapest 22" LCD out there.
It also comes with wall mounting kit, just in case you feel like it. I haven"t done that yet, so can"t comment on it.
There"s only one thing which is a bit annoying to me. The unit has two SCART inputs (AV1 & AV2) and one RCA connection (AV3). I use AV3 and have all my units (DVD, PS2, TV Box) connected thru an automatic electronic switch. When I turn the unit off, actually put on stand-by using the remote, and then later switch on again, it automatically goes back to the TV mode (co-axial antenna input). One normally expects the TV to start in the same mode in which it was before being put on stand-by. I"d like to think that there"s nothing wrong with the unit and it"s just me, and that I need to read thru the user manual (which I hardly do) to figure out the solution. But apart from this, excellent purchase! Buy it, you won"t be disappointed.

| LG | RZ-15LA31 | A good looking TV which displays an OK picture. Picture quality doesn't seem any worse/better than any other LCD TV's that I have seen. The sound is ok but thankfully I have a separate sound system which takes care of this. I found the sound a little tinny and not very loud. It has s-video, PC scart and RF inputs and contains the usual buttons down the right hand side for changing chanel, sound level and selecting the menu.
I gave it 3 as it seemed an average LCD model. If you want a good picture pick a "normal" TV. | | NC | 22/09/2003 12:10:10 |

| Roadstar | LCD4004 | I bought this product when it first came out several years ago. After using it with no problems for around five months, it developed a worrying fault. After about ten minutes` normal viewing, the screen shows a series of thin vertical coloured (purple, green & yellow) lines. I can still see the tv programme, audio still works fine, though it spoils the enjoyment of the programme. I put it into storage for a while, having bought a different model. But then it is such a good concept, I can`t bear the idea of binning it. I have tried passing it on to various grandchildren, but it`s like a boomerang, coming back to me each time. Such a shame. | | Stuart Watson | 02/11/2008 07:06:34 |

| SONY | SDMN80 | This has been a fantastic purchase. Every bit as good as indicated on marketing information. Clear, crisp output, stylish but user friendly. If criticism were leveled at the monitor, it would have to be for the speakers. That said the thing is only 3/4 inch wide so even BOSE could not work miracles with this one!
All said though, I paid a third of the list price as it was a referbed unit....... | | jmw | 14/10/2003 11:15:16 |

| Goodmans | GTVL20W7HD | excellent! if you get one that isn`t faulty. my first one had no picture for up to 30 mins, but it was replaced with no trouble from the supplier. Goodmans attitude on the phone was also excellent. the D.P.I. is much higher than most T.V.s I have seen, and the specifications (or source switching facility) for this T.V. makes watching other devices so simple.
