The vines in Enzos part of Fossati are now reaching maturity and, since the 2004 vintage, the quality of Fossati has matched Enzos other Cru wines. This has the Boglietti trademark of deep colour and a lovely, expressive, pure red fruit nose. Open and expansive on the palate, it has floral notes, with great balance and integrated tannins. It is still Bogliettis most refined wine, but now it has real depth. Part of the New Fine Wine Parcel.
