Stunning Malbec from a single vineyard site at a lofty 1067m above sea level. Hand-harvested berries are sorted by hand and fully destemmed for maximum purity of fruit. Only the free-run juice is used for this wine, which is matured in new French oak for 18 months before being bottled unfiltered. Offers riveting aromas of freshly crushed cherries and plums, wild flowers, incense and spices. The palate is voluminous and polished. Will age for up to 15 years in bottle.
