One of the first wineries of Rioja to bottle its own wines, CVNE is situated in the traditional neighbourhood of the station, where the oldest wineries of Rioja Alta established themselves. The saignÃ©e method is used for producing this rosÃ©. Full of ripe summer fruits and confectionary notes on the nose, with ripe strawberries and raspberries on the palate. The finish is complex and long and would partner well with a Caesar Salad and anchovies.
