I was given this for christmas, and loved it. it was small, light, easy to use, and had great features. however i cant deny that it crashed several times, and i enede up taing it back and getting a replacement - nothing wrong with that so far, and 2 of my friends hae them and they have worked fine. apparantly there was a few dodgy batches

I have had this phone for about a year and have suffered the same intermittant problem. During a call or text message it will occasionally do a `white screen of death` Reboot and restart about a minute later.
My phone has got the earliest firmware version and there is no online facilty to upgrade as there is with other nokia phones.
It seems to be a common problem and nokia appear to have done nothing to remedy the issue.
It was my first Nokia phone and I have to say it will be my last. I have now moved back to Sony Erricson. K800i. Excellent!
