I have had this printer for about two years now and I find that it had been fantastic for me. I printed alot of pages for school and I print photos with it also. The last time I checked the page counter was nearing 5000 and I still haven`t had any major issues.

After just 6 months and 1 colour cartridge, this printer refuses to recognise a cartridge is fitted in the colour slot. Tried a brand new cartridge, says `cartridge missing` tried 2 other good cartridges and still says `cartridge missing. Support from Lexmark is rubbish too. Forget buying one of these.

Absolute rubbish yet again from Lexmark. Printer has all the whistles and bells but it haphazardly prints just parts of pages for no apparant reason. Try to use Lexmark website for answers and youll end up looking at an egg timer as soon as you try to connect to the support function. Suggest you buy a printer from a company who knows how to make them!
