Navman launches new models 18 March 2008
The newly released S30 3D and S50 3D models from Navman include some "exciting" updates to the previous editions in the series.
Navman explains that users of the latest additions to its portfolio can expect more than 1,000 buildings from major European cities to be reproduced in three-dimensional form by the software.
As such, motorists might be able to navigate using landmarks visible on the horizon - such as Big Ben in London or the Eiffel Tower in Paris.
The speaking keyboard familiar to users of the firm's devices is reproduced in the new models.
Each key which is pressed is spoken aloud by the software, helping to make sure no mistakes are made when programming the desired destination.
For an award-winning option from Navman, consumers might be interested in the S90i, which in November was named as the best GPS product on the market by online review resource Pocket Lint. © Adfero Ltd | |
