For people looking to make sure they keep up with all their appointments in the new year, the Fujitsu Siemens Pocket LOOX N560 could be the PDA for them. Supplemented by an Intel PXA270 624 MHz processor, the LOOX N560 features a 3.4 inch transflective TFT touchscreen. And with various Microsoft Office programmes including Word, Excel and Powerpoint, users will find keep in touch in with work is easy even if they are out of the office. In addition, those with the LOOX N560 will be able to take advantage of a number of exclusive applications such as E2C, Computers Audio Path and a voice recorder function. The PDA also has a rechargeable Li-Ion battery and an integrated SiRF Star III GPS receiver.
The Palm Tungsten E2, meanwhile, continues the long Palm tradition of providing a feature-packed and functional PDA in a stunning sleek and stylish setting. Measuring 78.7 x 114.3 x 15mm, the Tungsten E2 weighs some 133g when the stylus is attached. In addition, it holds a 200MHz Xscale processor and 26MB storage capacity. The product also features a five-way navigator button which allows it to be operated using just one hand. Meanwhile, either the Palm Tungsten E2's integrated speakers or standard stereo headphone jack can be used for audio and video playback. Pre-installed PIM software and MS Outlook will also ensure that users will be able to keep up-to-date with all their professional and personal appointments.
Meanwhile, the HP X2790 features an Intel PXA270 624 MHz processor and a 3.5-inch Transflective TFT QVGA screen, which incorporates 65,536 colours and has a LED backlight. The X2790 also has HP-exclusive applications such as iPAQ Wireless, iTask and Bluetooth Manager. And with a rechargeable Li-Ion battery, those using the PDA should find that they never run out of power. Multimedia entertainment capabilities are provided by HP Image Zone and Windows Media Player 10.
