I also purchased a lateral filing cabinet from the same collection. | Black | Gas Lift Swivel Typist Chair | I type for a living and often work from home, so I need a good chair. Because I use similar chairs at work, I bought the same style about five years ago for myself to use at home and I find it very comfortable. The only problem I`ve had with gas lift chairs (and this occurs with similar chairs at work as well) is that I`m quite short and it`s now got as low as it appears to go and still my feet don`t touch the floor. The raise/lower handle now refuses to work. Fortunately, my computer desk at home has wheel supports that protrude on each side so I can use them as footrests and I have a separate footrest at work. When you`re sitting at a computer desk all day, comfort is very important - especially if, like me, you have back problems. | Furniture123 | Fulkrum 2 Office Chair | I got the Fulkrum 2 Office Chair almost 1 year ago. I am a designer, so the chair is used practically all day long 5 or 6 days a week. It looks very stylish and when it was working correctly did feel very comfortable, especially with the adjustable lumbar support. I paid £287 for this chair including delivery so I expected it to be of a decent quality. Unfortunately after 11 months of use the chair started tilting back further and further and I could tell it was something metal underneath that was bending. On inspection of the mechanism I discovered that it had been very cheaply manufactured and the metal brace had bent and snapped. This was mainly due to the fact that it was only spot welded in the centre and not properly welded all the way across. The company have now sent me a replacement mechanism, but again this has been constructed in exactly the same way as the previous version. I could really only recommend this chair for light use, perhaps as a stylish home office accessory rather than a work horse to be used every day. | Furniture123 | Fulkrum 2 Office Chair | DO NOT GET CLOSE TO THIS CHAIR UNLESS YOU ARE VERY VERY TALL. The arm rests, at their highest position are still about 10 cm too low for me. I will have to improvise some thing to sort this out cause customer service said `Well, that`s the style of the chair`.

I took the day off to wait for the expected delivery having ordered the table a week in advance. I had previosly emailed pctable to ask them to contact me if there was a problem with delivery and I noted on my order to make sure that it was delivered on the specified day. It wasn`t.
When I mailed pctable to complain I received:
