| MICROSOFT | Office Professional 2003 | I have just upgraded to Office 2007 but find myself still using 2003 Pro.
Why? Its just that good. The layout is by far the best out of all the office products, and the menu driven system allows you to create very professional work with little input. There are even templates and wizards to help you along the way. All the major office programs are here except FrontPage, which most people wouldnt use anyway, unless into web design.
Overall, I have given it 5 stars as it is the best value for money as well as being a very complete office package.

| MICROSOFT | Office XP Professional Version Upgrade | Well, first of all i would like to congratulate all the other reviewers on being so ridiculously stupid. The only way the installation takes several hours is because they were using Windows 95, if you are running Windows xp the installation takes 10 minutes max. The software is also better that that in Office 2007 for vista, it looks better it runs faster and it never crashes. FIVE STARS FOR THIS PRODUCT. | | Amazon Reviewer | 20/02/2007 01:01:01 |

| MICROSOFT | Office Proofing Tools 2003 | This is a must have add on for any language student. And what a bargain ! That may sound like an advertisement but its true. To get Dictionairies, Thesauri, Spellcheckers and other tools in 50 languages for only £58 docking into your Office 2003 is remarkable and hard to believe. Dont worry about buying the MUIs (multilanguage user interfaces) for Win XP and Office 2003 , the proofing tools are the true value for money you will use them all the time. My daughter found it invaluable at "A" level and continues to use it at University. In fact if you add 4 further items of software you have a superb linguists system. These are 1/ voice recognition software like Dragon or ViaVoice (multililanguage) 2/ a Translator like Systran or Power Translator 3/ multilingual OCR software 4/ ReadPleasePlus with natural voices. But buy the proofing tools first. Dont hesitate. | | Amazon Reviewer | 12/02/2005 01:01:01 |

| MICROSOFT | Office XP Professional Version Upgrade | If you™ve got Windows XP you need Office XP, surely it™s true. Don™t you want all your programs to have that slightly rounded, cartoon look about them? Don™t you want fancy menus that just waste your PCs resources? Of course you do. Only kidding, Office XP makes office what it should have been. FrontPage is still inferior to Dreamweaver, I™ve never touched Access and I prefer Outlook Express to Outlook. But Word, Excel and PowerPoint are top. Almost as good as they can be, but not as good as Mac Office V.X | | Amazon Reviewer | 10/04/2003 01:01:01 |

| Lotus | SmartSuite Millennium v9.8 | This is a wonderful alternative to Office, with much better features. Unlike Office, I can read/write to multiple formats (including various versions of Word, WordPerfect, and even some obscure vendors). Personally, I have always preferred 123 to Excel (easier and more intuitive) - and I find that information moves easier between applications than with the Microsoft products. The Lotus software is created by IBM, and the quality shines through. Highly-recommend to anyone. | | connie | 05/11/2004 10:30:34 |
