We searched all of the books that were available and rang some wonderful hotels that professed to be dog friendly, only to find that they allowed only one small dog or that they charged extra for each dog - the book didnt tell me that ! So Dog Friendly was born - a database of dog friendly places to stay, but with everything that a responsible dog owner really needs to know to make an informed decision about where to stay, even down to whether or not the owner of the establishment owns a dog.
