*Wonderful output.
*The headphones dont move while jogging(move your head as much as you want to).
*Good battery life.
*The arm band and magnets are cool, keep the entire system out of your way while jogging.
*Memory allows you to store not more than 14-15 songs.
*Works only when the drivers provided installed(therefore,4 stars ).

The instructions are very basic, but there is a comprehensiveuser manual in PDF form to be found on the accompanying Cd. So far I haveonly transferred tracks from my personal cd collection, MusicMatch workswell (takes a bit of trial and error though!) and downloading is simpleand takes a few minutes.
Practically though, it is economical usingjust one AAA battery which lasts for ages, its small and comfortable touse. The headphones and cable can be a bit fiddly, but the magnets aregreat and keep the whole thing really secure; the best thing for running! I found the headphones to be ok hence 4 stars, but you can always buy adifferent pair to suit yourself. Controls take a bit of getting used tobut no problem. Sound quality is great and no skipping!

No problems with it except that you need quite thin arms to fit the arm strap on, (not good for body builder types). The bundles software upgrades to music match v8.0, but you realy only need windows media player
