I have one of these, I am 20 stones and five feet tall and can use it with
ease. My son who is nine years old and autistic with poor co-ordination
can also use and enjoy it. If you turn the resistance up it is very easy
to only walk. The instruction book sets out a regime of walking and
running so clearly the machine is built for the job. For the price and
the fact that it folds I think it is excellent value for money. It
obviously isn`t going to be as good as the machines in a gym which are
electric and vary the speed for you, but with a little practice the speed
can be varied quite easily using different levels of resistance. An
excellent product.

This product absolutly sucks. It was unstable and I`m not a big women and
you couldnt change the speed so I was running all the time and I wanted to
walk sometimes. I wasted 100 pound I`ll never see again
