This grinder is at the budget end of the spectrum, but works well as a tool for the amateur DIY enthusiast.

The 115mm size is ideal for single handed use (with caution, of course) and in awkward spaces. The motor struggles with very thick steel (3mm+) but will easily tackle reasonable sized jobs. The small angle grinder is a jack of all trades and is incredibly versatile - even good enough for cutting intricate shapes out of ceramic tiles.

I recommend the wire brush and sanding attachments, which make arduous jobs a lot quicker - a far better solution than attaching items to a drill chuck.

Cant go wrong!
