All Grobags are washable at 40C and can be tumble dried on a low heat. As with all cotton goods Grobags have been designed to allow for 5 shrinkage. For parents who want to wash bedding at 60C you should allow for a little more shrinkage. Grobags meet european Oeko-tex 100 standard meaning they free from any harmful substances.
