| Silver | Slimming Tablets from | I think its just a case of:: They either work for you or they don`t. I find they help alot. No hunger ((BUT remember to drink!!!)) Weight is slowly coming off ((Quick at first then slowed down. I suggest you `work` with them. Not just expect them to do it all for you)) I do feel a little hyper, but i think that`s just energy. Maybe go for a jog =] caffeine and these are not a good idea. There`s caffeine in the pills and it`s very possible to over dose. Don`t push you luck ;) Still eat 3 meals a day, or as soon as you stop, you;ll gain the weight back. They are not meant to be...A quick fix. They`re meant to be used by people on the lower end of the BMI ((Sorry, not my words, websites words. Drink atleast 2 litres of water also. get to the GYM or exercise atleast 3 days for 30-40 mins. These arent miracle tablets there a dietry AID if u dont put in the effort they wont work and drinkin alcohol while slimming is just silly that stuff contains more cals than u can shake a big stick at. | Silver | Slimming Tablets from | I`ve tried these a couple of times.....tried many different `quick fix diets`...the hardest being the `Maple Syrup diet`. The first time I had these tablets I took the 2 tablets in the morning and 2 at about 2.30pm, OMG I was a wreck, confused, nervous, headaches, no appetite, jittery and unable to sleep. I struggled through for a week to complete the btl I had lost 8lbs. Although 8lbs was a great loss I decided that it was suffice and certinly didn`t want another week of the side effects I had experienced. The first day I stopped taking the pill, I was starving wanting to eat everything I could get my hands on. Unfortunately I didn`t know how to deal with the change in my appetite and with the high carb cravings the weight I had lost didn`t last long. I feel that I have now experienced these pills enough times to be able to pass on some tips. 1) Start with 1 pill per day, preferably in the morning, if ur body is used to caffeine you will have a higher resistance to the pills, within a couple of hours ( if the pills have taken effect) I get butterfly feeling in my stomach, apparently metabolism speeding up. Even on the first day you should get this feeling, test out ur resistance point gradually. 2) Drink Drink Drink.....the headaches can be resolved by drinking water,the pills suppressed my appetite but also suppressed my thirst, just gave me headaches, guessing it was through the dehydration of without realising it not wanting to drink at all. Maybe set intervals of every 1hr - 1.5 hr to have a drink so that you can remind yourself. Sounds daft but important for me!! 3) Follow the btl, do 5-6 days on and 1-2 days off, be aware that you may try to eat your cat or dog though so have plenty of healthy snacks about, maybe make a jug of smoothie juice with banana ( to fill you up) to drink when you get the cravings, chopped fruit salad also worked for me ( keep it in the fridge) it`s easy to pick at rather than sitting and eating a packet of jaffa cakes like a stray cat in the bins. Try to eat healthy for any days off it will help your mood as you gain confidence in being able to diet on your own, increase your ability to live a healthy lifestyle as you have the pills for 5-6 days, suely you can manage 1-2 days on your own!!! 4) Restrict initial intake of caffeine to nill until you know where your resistance lies with the tablets otherwise you run the risk of wandering around like a toddler with ADHD, doesn`t go down well in the boardroom trust me. 5)Remember to believe in yourself......these pills won`t change your life forever without your help....but by my experience of Hoodia, Xenical, slim fast, Weight watchers and slimming patches ( I went to focus DIY and bought 2 cabinets for the bedroom that i didn`t even need and put them together on these) these pills have been the most successful `man in my life` Just a little note that I forgot, I have recently been finding it difficult to motivate myself, I put it due to a few unwelcome changes in my life, lost job, seperation from husband, debt problems and the adjustment from a career woman to a full time mum. These pills have increased my mood, helped my concentration and now in the morning I am ready to face the day. 1 week in and no side effects just 1 pill at 8am AFTER PORRIDGE with SKIMMED MILK and 6lbs of weight gone. How long before these start working?? What have other people`s experience been like? I have about 10 lbs to lose. | Silver | Slimming Tablets from | I bought the months supply after being recommended them by my hairdresser (a client of his lost 2 stone in 6 weeks and his sister had also had significant weight loss with them). I took them for a month in April this year and although I didn`t see any loss the first week, that soon changed. I lost a stone in a month (I was going to the gym as usual but only once/twice a week due to work). I didn`t eat much the first/second week but made sure I had a good healthy breakfast and snacked on chicken for protein to take away any hunger pangs I may of had. I have just started another 4 week course as I am going on hol in just over a month and want to lost more weight. I am happy to say that since I stopped taking them the last time I haven`t put on any weight even though I haven`t been going to the gym and I`ve still had a few takeaways :) I think a lot of it is down to mindset, on the 1/2days off the tablets per week I would let myself have a dominos pizza or something alongs those lines as that gave me something to look forward to all week and it didn`t seem to hinder the weight loss. I would def recommend trying these tablets for the 4 week period. The shakes etc will obv vary from person to person but they are easy to get used to and give you loads of energy (but sweat a lot too as you drink lots and lots of water which is good to flush you out). I work shifts and still managed to work them into that routine and still get sleep. If you are a 9-5er don`t take them after 3/4pm but everyone will be different and a lot of them time with not getting to sleep its just mind over matter.
