Been on them for a week now, day 1 I was a wreck, shaking, hyper as hell
and I even decorated my whole staircase which is not like me, the energy
was fantastic, day 2 less hyper, day 3 no more shakes just a little spaced
out. Eating only 2 meals a day now (used to be 4 plus snacks) drinking
water like its going out of fashion lost 5 pounds in first week. Sweating
from hands and feet on a night but im loving the energy
