Glad I found this site instead of wasting more time trying to get mine to
work again. Same thing: lights on, feels hot, nothing happening. Penguin
should have to recall the item and refund everyone`s
money!

Just the same im afraid to say! turns on but does nothing but when it did
work I loved it,! shame they cant be fixed

The Penguin is RUBBISH. Our experience is exactly the same as the other
reviewers. It worked OK initially but after a couple of months rest it
refused to function. The lights come on, the motor makes a noise as if it
is operating and the element heats up......but nothing happens when the
trigger is pressed. It is impossible to do anything with it because the
tank is secured by mastic and even when all the screws holding the two
halves of the penguin are removed, it can`t be dismantled. I wish I had
seen this site before making the purchase, but the only thing to do now is
throw it in the dustbin and put it down to
experience.

Yes I own one. Also worked once. Never again. I would also like to know,
if it can be repaired. It is really cute, but useless.

SNAP! I used it once and it`s never worked again! USELESS! Too late to
demand a refund, which is annoying. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM! Why can`t we
give a zero rating on this site?

OMG exactly the same thing happened to me last night, I haven`t used mine
for a while and when I got it out last night it heated up but NO STEAM

I have one. Used it once and it has never worked again. Looking for
another make now. Very poor show, although it worked well the once it did
work.

I have had exactly the same experience - I could have written the above,
though I was happy with it when it was working.

Yes I own one. Wish I didn`t! About to put it in the bin as it`s
totally USELESS. Hadn`t used it for ages, took it out of the cupboard to
use today and absolutely NOTHING happens with it.
If I could rate it, it would be minus something.
