| | Pure Digital | EVOKE-1 | I do not own one. However, my mum bought one. Reception was wonderful. However, after 15 days, the on/off switch stopped responding. She tried ringing the support helpline, only to get a recorded message to the effect that "if you are ringing between 0900 and 1730 Mon-Fri, all our lines are busy and you may wish to try later". She rang every 10 minutes, between 0830 and 1845, and always got this message. She took the radio back to the shop, but 3 weeks later they have been unable to get her a replacement, and she has had to accept a refund. I emailed the service centre, asking them to ring her and to reply to my email, advising me what action had been taken. 1 week later they rang me, and said "our phones have been very busy for 2 weeks".
