Brilliant Brilliant Brilliant. I have a lot of cats as I was involved in
rescue. This cleaner is the bees knees for picking up cat hair. Its,
lightweight, relatively quiet and easy to store away. The tools are spot
on and the suction is uber powerful. I bought this product as a result of
the previous reviews and so glad I did. I have had Dysons before and they
both fell to pieces after a short while. I have also had an Oreck, which
is fab but very expensive - also the tools aren;t as good as the Miele.

Just got this & very impressed - excellent at picking up cat hair &
excellent at everything else also. easy to use. various controls &
attachments to help tackle all jobs - very quiet - obviously made to high
quality standards. would recommend highly to anyone. can`t believe I am
getting exceited about a vacuum cleaner!!

I work as a cleaner and as such I have used various vacuum cleaners
throughout the years. None have even come close to Miele. I myself own a
Cat and Dog but have worked with several models and they all have the same
excellent level of performance. These vacuum cleaners are the most
reliable ones on the market, I have never seen one that had to be
serviced. I have had a lot of trouble with other types of vacuum cleaners
when accidentally sucking up various objects, but I have never come across
anything, not even socks, that ever got stuck in a Miele. Very quiet,
light, easy to use and so powerful that never needs to be turned up to
maximum. If I had the power I would ban Dyson altogether and would give
Miele monopoly on the market.

We were going to buy an upright, but were convinced that this would be a
good one. Easy to use; lightweight; long extension so you don`t get
backache and you only have the weight of the head to push around not the
whole cleaner. Very good on stairs, and at the top of a step ladder to
clean our very high ceiling! Very neat to put away in a small cupboard.
Highly recommended.

we bought this as it was recommended by WHICH consumer magazine. until
reading thier review we would have bought a DYSON. luckily we didn`t and
saved £200 and this ones excellent.
