Ive been using Thermobol just in the morning and afternoon with some good results - but its important to try not to drink too much other caffeinated drinks.
It also contains Bitter Orange Peel which helps you to feel fuller longer and quicker - it certainly helps me as a light lunch satisfies much more than without Thermobol.

I used it alongside Reflex nutritons green tea extract and I must say, alongside some serious cardio, I saw some very good results. As I swallowed the product, there was a slight tingling sensation (the Cayenne pepper in it I think) and I did actually feel like my body temperature raised slightly. I had no side effects from the product and used it again some 2 years later. I did not see the same results the second time I used it but did not stack it with the green tea. I haven`t been using this product long enough on my legs to provide a review yet, but in just four days that I have been using it on my face (yes, you heard right!) the tiny microscopic red veins around my mouth, the dark circles beneath my eyes and other blotches elsewhere have reduced dramatically. The redness is still there a bit when I rub my makeup off - probably should be very light handed when doing this - but much, much better. Also, it seems to be preventing small breakouts that I am prone to! Prob due to the Vitamin E. For me I have been eating well, cheated once by having a pack of crisps (but hey were all allowed a treat), anyway the point Im getting at - before taking the capsules eating well wasnt an option. Eating salads and fish, trying to avoid white bread, and paying more attention to what I`m eating, trying to enjoy every mouthful and taking my time, well it would have driven me crazy. I think the tablets are beneficial, Im not constantly thinking about food. And when I do I dont think TAKE AWAY.. Main reason I got the tablets was to help with the food cravings. Trying to train my stomach to not eat as much so I though these would help to start off with to get me into habit of not snacking! I just wanted something extra to help me to stop snacking during the day. I took my first capsule at 1PM. 10 mins later I was flying. I was too hyper and paranoid. I took my second capsule before 5PM. My heart was bouncing very fast and it was a bit too much for me. I couldn`t think clear and felt dizzy. I slept only 3.5 hrs during the night and I had a very bad headache. I guess it was a bit too much for me. Positive side - I wasn`t hungry at all. No snacking what so ever. Bad shakes and felt horrible. Couldn`t sleep til 1Am then had very bad diahorrea for hours the next morning - great! Will give this a miss, obviously too much caffeine in them. Cannot drink coffee or have any other caffiene drinks whilst on them. They definitely give you an extra boost and help assist in weight loss but only as part of a calorie controlled diet and exercise. | Holland and Barrett | Super Green Tea Diet Capsules | i have been taken these for 2days now,the morning one around 9am is fine,but the one i take at 3pm,makes my eyes pop out my head and i look and feel totally buzzing.It made me panic at first because my heart started to race and it made me panic,however,ive realised this obviously means they are working,the caffeine content is extremely high, its around 8x proplus tablets.Not advised to drink any tea or coffee with these.I have had problems sleeping,i sleep for around 5hours and wake up,dont get to sleep till around 2am.im taking 2 at the mo will carry on with 2 for the next 4days then change it to 1.It does make u feel very strange,i am not so concerned because i know the contents is all natural.i will try it for another week and a half see how much i lose....if anything.
