Excellent machine, great cleaning results when washing
carpets.

THis is a great all-round work horse. Stairs/carpets/floors and wet pick
up. Best kept secret in domestic wet/dry cleaners. It does the job and
cleans up pet hairs and stains. Easy to forgive the lack of retractable
lead. Highly recommended . definitely girls` best
friend.

It just takes a bit of getting used to. When you get the hang of it it
works brilliantly

Have had George for 6 months and the suction on the vacumn is 100%, but I
cannot seem to use the carpet shampooer - there is no brush, only a
fishtail shaped tube and it didn`t seem to clean my grubby carpets very
well. In fact the carpets got so wet (prob my fault) they they bubbled a
bit. Will have another go, but I think it needs a brush to wash with
