I wanted some welly socks for my Hunter boots as the new puppy wanted walking and I wanted something quick and warm to put on. First I bought a large pair which said size 6-8or9. I have size 6 feet. They were huge and the spare fabric took up too much space in the boot. I have given them to my partner ( size 9 feet) and he is happy. This time I bought medium, they are a bit small!! but OK if you just wish to slide your bare feet into your wellies without socks. They are certainly warm.

Im not going to buy these, as the sizing is a bit silly. How should I know if my feet are small or medium? What am I meant to be basing these sizes on? Maybe I have medium size feet for a female, but small feet if theyre unisex socks? Which is a bit of a shame really - fleece wellie socks sound ace!
