This shoe is probably the best plimsoll ever made! It is crafted from the finest material using excellent workmanship. It is also astonishingly comfortable; slipper-soft. Obviously, youre not going yomping the moors or runnign a marathon with these, but for casual elegance, these kicks cant be beat! Fred Perry has wisely refrained from many derivative styling cues (extra-pointy toes, perforations, etc) and had faith in discriminating customers who know less can be more. These shoes are a delightful alternative to clunky, garish American style trainers. For a while FP made this shoe in an obscenely soft leather as well. A few pairs are still around with some UK stockists (try Amen shoes), and if you find a pair, consider yourself blessed!
