Ive always thought my feet were on the wider side, but had no problems with these. Plus if you have wider calves, the zip/lace-up option means theyll always fit. Ive had these boots for nearly two years now. They look great under jeans and are hardwearing, comfy and solid. Cant ask for anything else really!

i love these boots, they are soo... comfortable. i find it very hard to find footwear that doesn,t tear my feet to pieces but these were instantly comfortable - no sign of a blister anywhere. Buy half a size bigger than normal. i wish i had bought 2 pairs.

These boots are the comfiest Ive ever had, and the laces mean they stay close fitting around the ankle and lower calf. Two hoodies on a train reviewed my footwear just before xmas, rating it officially `sick`!

Excellent quality and value, just be careful what you apply to seal them as this can alter the appearance if the wrong product is used.

Bought pair for partner - size 4.5. As you may have guessed, these were too small and had to be returned. Easy. Get a size 5 you say. Well size 4.5 were £45. Size 5 £110!!!
Needless to say I will not be changing the size and have returned for refund.
Really is unacceptable in this day and age to expect people to pay over twice as much to move up half a size.
Very unhappy

Really, really pleased with these boots - definitely worth every penny. I would agree with the comments to get a half size bigger though, these comments saved me from having to return them.

Just read some negative reviews about this boot and am very surprised. Bought a pair about 2 months ago and theyre the best pair of boots Ive bought in a long time - comfortable, well made and a good fit - though I have got narrow feet! They look like theyll last years. Dont be put off by negative feed back.

They really are the worst boot I have ever bought. I seriously regret buying them.
Either I am two sizes smaller than I thought or these shoes are strangely elongated at the front. The toe of the shoe seems odd at the end.
...Plus about a hour into having them, the zip broke.
So they are badly made as well.
I agree with one of the previous reviewers, never buy boots online...

Good sturdy boot, but it really is very narrow - recommend definately buying a half size bigger than you normally wear, especially when you consider that youll want to wear socks with it!! Its a pain having to return it. Otherwise a really nice boot.

I couldnt wait to get these boots - they looked perfect! But, I should have listened to the little voice inside that said dont buy shoes online as you cant try them on.
Theyre such a narrow fit I could barely get them on - so returns here we come. Then Im told that I will have the postage deducted off my refund because its not the fault of amazon!
Ive basically paid to try on these boots - not happy! I havent even been told how much it will be, DHL being the only option to use.
I will never buy shoes online again!

Bought these when I broke the zip in my trusty favourite boots and very happy. They fit well with a variety of socks on and tho stiff at first, are beginning to loosen up. A good combination of boot you can wear under jeans to go traipsing about in the woods and with a denim skirt to take the kids to school. Im still having my favourite boots zip fixed tho(a very expensive business).

These boots are lovely, high quality, will probably last a few years so worth spending money on, at a reduced price there is no question, I am most pleased with my purchace!
However, as has been mentioned in other reviews of these boots, if youre on the larger end of a shoe size its worth buying a half size above the usual because they are quite a narrow fit; a 5 and a half fits me snuggly, with the expectation that they will stretch a bit with a bit of wearing in.
